1. Warranty for Material and Manufacturing:
1.1 The supplier guarantees to the original end user that the Maxuscamp "Camping Toilet" is made of high-quality materials and is free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.
1.2 If material or manufacturing defects are found during the product's service life, the supplier undertakes to provide a free replacement for the "Camping Toilet."
2. Warranty for Replacement of Damaged Products:
2.1 The supplier guarantees that the "Camping Toilet" damaged during normal use will be replaced. The supplier may, at their discretion, perform repairs or fully replace the product.
2.2 Repaired parts or replaced products will be provided on an exchange basis and will either be brand new or restored with a warranty equivalent to that of new products.
3. Warranty Limitations:
3.1 The warranty does not cover damage to the camping toilet caused by incorrect installation or assembly, cosmetic damage such as scratches, chips, and dents, misuse, improper use, natural disasters (water, flooding, fire, or other natural disasters or external causes), abnormal mechanical impacts, or environmental conditions.
3.2 Damage caused by service performed by third parties not authorized distributors and/or authorized service providers of the Company is not covered by the warranty.
3.3 The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation leading to seam detachment or fastener breakage on the camping toilet.
3.4 The warranty also does not apply in the case of incorrect toilet assembly, improper toilet seat installation, or applying greater load than permissible.
3.5 Users are strictly prohibited from stepping on the toilet seat with their feet during use. This action can lead to product breakage and cause injuries.
3.6 The product is supplied "as is," and the company disclaims any and all other warranties of any kind regarding the product, whether oral or written, express or implied, particularly including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Procedure for Warranty Service:
4.1 To obtain warranty service, the buyer must provide the order number confirming the purchase of the product.
4.2 Without providing the order number, the seller's warranty obligations are not fulfilled.
5. Modification of Warranty Terms:
5.1 The supplier reserves the right to change the terms of the limited lifetime warranty at any time and without prior notice.
The warranties and restoration methods provided here are exclusive and replace all other warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of sale or fitness for a particular purpose, including any liability for compliance with the law. This warranty gives you specific rights that may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the company be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product.
